Community Guidelines

As a private inventory and godown management network, KVGGN Synergy is built on professional collaboration. We expect all operators, managers, administrators, and customers to adhere to the following principles:

1. Professional Accountability

All stock transactions, transfers, allotments, and return adjustments must be input accurately. Falsification or intentional misreporting of inventory balances violates company guidelines and is subject to account suspension and investigation.

2. Respectful Collaboration

When communicating through request descriptions, notes, and remarks, keep comments constructive, objective, and professional. Hostile language or abuse in database remarks is strictly prohibited.

3. System Safety

Do not attempt to disrupt database queries, inject malicious scripting (XSS), bypass role permissions, or compromise server security. Active monitoring tools track anomalous behaviour.
